Well I really wanted to put up a snap of the Chicken Biryani that I cooked yesterday.
But it just disappeared even before the thought of phographing could come up again.
What more I even tried out a Chicken Soup/Curry for dinner and it dissapeared as fast as the Biryani.
Sambhar
Ingredients(Stage 1)
1) 1glass Toor dhal
2) 3glass water
3) 1/2 tea spoon turmeric
Procedure (Stage 1)
1) Wait for sound in medium flame with lid closed and weight.
2) 10 mins sim and switch off.
3) Place under water and reduce pressure before opening.
Ingredients(Stage 2)
1) 30 chillies small size or 15 chillies large size slit in the middle
2) 5 tomatoes medium size cut.
Procedure(Stage 2)
1) Add remaining ingrediants
2) Pressure cook till sound
3) Release with cold water.
4) 4 spoons tamrind paste
5) Beat well using egg beater.
6) Cook in open flame for 1 min.
7) Add salt to taste. ( Approx 4 tea spoons.)
8) Use oil to roast mustard(kadugu) and mix and remove.
